We at Endcourt have a simple goal.

We believe that all businesses, no matter how large or small, require a robust health and safety culture to enable them to grow. We also believe that many small and medium sized businesses shy away from this topic, or pay it the minimal attention necessary to comply with statutory requirements. This is not a sensible approach, but due to the negative publicity and attention this topic receives, it is an understandable one.

Therefore, our aim is to put common sense at the forefront of any health and safety system. This is something that we consider that all in a business will buy into, and that means that although we know that any system must be driven by Directors and Senior Managers, without the buy-in of all we will have failed in our mission. Conversely, when we have achieved this, then not only does the business approach to health and safety improve, but also there are significant gains in morale and attitude.
